I like to try a few new recipes to change up the holiday meal a bit.  I always look forward to the turkey!  Yum!  Everyone's favorite!  And then there is turkey tetrazzini to look forward to after Thanksgiving!

In my family, there we just divide up the leftovers between all of our households.

We have been creative with those though.

Do you like the white or the dark  meat better?

Do you ever look for the oyster of the turkey?   :o)

No, I don't look for those "odd" parts, lol.  I'd much rather just stick to the white meat, though I do use the dark meat for the tetrazzini and soups.
