PROBABLY at our house (usually we host Thanksgiving and BIL does Christmas...) although we haven't formulated plans yet. Since BIL is recently remarried, and his new wife has local family, as well as three sons and THEIR families to contend with, they may no longer want to eat at our place.

We'll be at my niece's house this year for the first time. She's quite a bit younger than I am, so she can cook and I can relax in the recliner in her living room. *hee, hee*

I am so excited for Thanksgiving!

Last spring, I located my mom & uncle's birth siblings (mom and my uncle are twins and were adopted together when they were about 8, they were originally from a family of 12 children).  Since then, mom and uncle have met all but one of their living siblings and one of those who they met has passed away.  This Thanksgiving, 3 or 4 of their siblings will be driving out here to join us for the entire week of Thanksgiving.  I can't wait!

(Oh, and we'll be celebrating the holiday at my mom's house).
