I'm having trouble with this, too. I clicked on my user name, clicked "edit this information" and typed in my other e-mail account. I got an error saying that this e-mail address is already in use. So, I tried to log in with it - maybe I forgot creating an account at some point. I clicked "forgot password" and another error message came up saying that no password was associated with this e-mail address. Please help!

Hi! It's possible that the email address that is coming up as in use is being used for a newsletter delivery. Please email customer support and include your current email address and the one you want to switch to, along with your member name. We'll be able to help you get everything straightened. :)
