Hallo, I often use Firefox, a great browser, and sometimes go to Tools - Options - Security - saved password to read and erase the passwords for the sites that I visit. Do you know if there is a way to shorten this path, maybe insert something in the toolbar to speed up this task? Thank you

Hello and welcome. :) I'm not sure there is a shorter method than that, unless you stop Firefox from remembering your passwords to begin with:

  • Choose "tools" menu and click "options".
  • Select the "privacy" tab on the new window.
  • Then open "saved passwords" category.
  • Remove the mark on the check box named "remember passwords".
  • Click "OK" to continue.
  • Or, you could use a special software designed to erase your passwords and history for you automatically - there are several of these available on the Web, through a quick search.

The problem is that I have to delete a single password at a time and not all.
    Thanks the same.
    Bye

Unfortunately, I think the way you've been doing it is the fastest method without deleting all of the passwords at once, but you could try the Firefox support page: http://support.mozilla.com/

Hi! I'm not sure if it's the same with older versions, but with FF 3.5.2, just click ctrl-alt-delete.

    HTH!
