i was talking to a friend of mines of school on the phone
n he told me his cuz was over so i talk 2 him on the phone n he seem a really cool
guy so we continue talking and now i really want to met him but every time i
let him know he make something up and i feel like if i really like him and he tells me he has strong feeling for me, he sends me pictures n stuff but i really want to met him because
it it been a year n about 5months

How did you meet this guy? My guess is if he's putting it off, he either is in a relationship, or he has something to hide. How old are you both? If you are older, he may feel insecure. It's not unreasonable for you to want to meet him after a year and a half. Do your friends know this guy?
