Discharge is 60 days from your 341 and then it takes however long it takes for them to have the judge/trustee sign and it filed and mailed back to you. Mine took about 2-3 weeks....but I have heard with the back log and the last minute filings it has been taking 3-5 MONTHS before people get their discharge in the mail.
REMEMBER, the creditors only have 60 days to claim fraud or claim that somethings up and decide to challenge. SO you will know if anything goes wrong by then. If your lawyer doesn't hear anything within 60 days you are most likely home free and it's just a matter of waiting for the paperwork to arrive.
