my dear friend well i,m very new to the site and i just registered this site because i want to give reply about your problem............What i think about this is that the guy is ready to start new relationship as his girlfriend with you and it seems you don't give chance and for that he is being boring to continue with you as friend. He sees you more as his girlfriend but you just consider him as friend....try to reach him and talk to him since you have his number..bye
