I purchased a house as an investment property and am probably going to rent it out. What is an appropriate property management fee to pay to the realtor? I am in California.

Much thanks.

Just a quick welcome to the board! I don't have experience with property managment companies and their fees, but hopefully someone who does will stop by soon to help you out.

Good luck with your investment!

Hi,

I lease a property without a management company.  A great resource that I have used for tons of information is mrlandlord.com.

Good Luck!
