I live in one of the boroughs of NY and I'm still looking to purchase my first home. I'm 29 and single. While I have a nice amount for the downpayment, I don't make much so I have to be careful with the monthly payments. :( I hope to find something in my pricerange that isn't a pile of dirt soon. *sigh*
