Lol! Well.... I have 5 kids with number 6 on the way, and on top of being a SAHM and a homeschooler of 4 grade levels, my husband works from home. There is no such thing for me as being "off". I never have enough waking hours in a day to complete the work I have to do. Ideally, 8 hours would be good, haha! The job sucks sometimes when things go wrong, and it doesn't even pay minimum wage. I have to retrieve payment in the form of hugs, kisses, and "I love you Mommy" 's. I know the job isn't for everyone, and the hours are sometimes way overboard, but I love my job for the most part. Even though the pay is low, vacations are nil, and what I do doesn't even count for some people, I would not trade it for anything in the world.

Since I have to work out of the home full-time my ideal work schedule is 7:00-3:30 or a 4 day/10 day work week with every Friday off. I used to work 7:00-3:00 with my prior job 3 years ago, I could probably do this schedule again but because I have moved I take my boys to the bus stop in the morning on the way to work. I used to live across school in which they would walk to school. I am pretty happy with my schedule now 7:30-4:00, not a big deal because I really like my job.

I am a school social worker, so I LOVE my schedule- 8:20-3:20 and I have the same vacations days as my daughter! It can't get much better.
