yes and I am still dealing with it 7 years later.
Check washing too ( they got the whole street with that one including some of our police officers. so that was a mess too but thanks to the id theft I knew what to do..

Yes, my husband was, back in 2004. Some kid spent $900 at Dell with one of his old CCs. He immediately told them it was fraud, we went to the cops and filed a report that day, and contested the charges. Dell was no help, tho, and they never caught the kid. But we didnt have to pay the charge.

No i personally haven't, but my boss has TWICE.  He said it was the hardest thing to recover from.
