Debt Support Group

We will be paying off our first credit card!!!! Since dh likes to see immediate results from our hardwork, I decided that I would just pay off the card with the lowest balance (which is just below $500). We are still working on our EFund and we are still paying min. balances on the others but I just felt that it was important for us to have a small victory at this stage of the battle.  I know this goes against what most people say to do....but like i said, my dh is starting to get a little impatient so I thought it would be nice to pay one off completely. But the next step is to get the EF up to $1000. Anyway, I was just excited that we plan to pay off our Best Buy Credit Card this week!!!!!!!!!!! One down, 6 to go!

This can be a long journey. It is motivating to see the successes a long the way to keep you going. In 3 months look back and see how far you have come. It doesn't have to be a dollar figure but it can and don't forget how you feel and what you have learned.
