Digital Scrapbook Blogs are a good source for scrap elements&kits.
The Elements images are .Png and have transparent backgrounds.
The background papers are .jpg or .png format.
The background papers make good Sig Backgrounds
and or photo mats.
You can cover a basic frame shape with the paper.
You can fill letters with the papers easily by making any paper
a pattern in PS and using the pattern overlay technique.
The elements are ribbons,buttons,paper clips,
flowers etc that you use to embelish the Sig.
You can use the Custom Shapes tool to add different shapes like
hearts,stars,flowers to your Sig.
You then can add a pattern, gradient or paper to shape to make it
more interesting.
You can find custom shapes on About Dot Com website in thier
Photo Shop area.
Photo Shop Brushs you can download from Photo Shop Sites.
They are made for Photo Shop use.
Png images can made into brushs in PS
Regular Clipart .jpg images you can use once you remove the white background.
You can use PSP Tubes if you get the PSP Tubes Photo Shop Plugin.
You need the tubes plugin to open Pspimage,Psptube in Photo Shop.
Thier is a list of graphics resources on the
Signature Making for Beginners Board
in thier first section.
