Allison!!!

Gosh I hope you check back as it has been a long time since you posted...
I am a member of another board here that is very active, personal, welcoming...and I have some great friends there...so I hope that I can be like that for you.
I just wanted to say welcome and I am here to talk if you want..
I am 28, a mother, and JUST started having severe panic attacks just like you described 7-8 months ago...
I would love to swap support..especially that we are both mothers...

Hope you are OK,
Alexis

Oh man I can relate to your message. It helps to read someone saying the same types of things I'm feeling. It helps to know I'm not the only one and that others have the same types of thoughts. That's what's running through my mind so much is my kids being without me and how much that would hurt them. That sets everything off. Then I have to make sure I'm healthy which then brings on panic, then I think "well it's true. There is something wrong with me". Then the whole day I'm thinking about it.

I hope you will keep coming here. I have only been here a couple of times myself, but want to keep checking in.

Pam

Hi there,
I am in the same shoes you are. I started having the atacks after my last child was born. I remember driving to the store and being so overwhelmed, I went back home. They stopped after a while and I regained myself. Dh and I are separated now so I am very stressed and they seem to be coming on more and lasting longer. I really feel like I am having a nervous breakdown when they hit. I even asked my friend to take care of my kids if I couldnt regain myself. I have a dr appt on Wed, July 2nd. I am going to ask what they can do for me. This morning I took a all natural "rescue Remedy" drops and I actually feel better. I just wanted to let you know I am thinking of you and completely understand what you are going through.

Kerry
