I see a naturopath doctor and take some herbs that take the edge off. I'm taking something called rauwalfia and also kava kava and GABA. I see the naturopath because she is trained in herbal medicine and can help me with dosages. I also want to make sure I'm not harming myself with the herbs by trying to self-prescribe. I also check in with my psychiatrist on an as-needed basis. A couple times last week, I had some anxiety attacks and took klonapin to help me at night. He knows about the herbs and is supportive. I wish all my doctors were as cool as him.
I hate living like this and will be glad when construction is over. My original post was in June and we were supposed to be done by October. Now, I'm hoping the main work will be done by December 1 and the painting by the New Year.
