Hi ladies,

I just wanted to update on my frozen chunk vegetables. I have been steaming sweet potatoes, yams, and just did acorn squash. I then cut them into large chunks and freeze in my freezer containers. Then When I want to use them I thaw in microwave and then cut into small chunks. It is working great. Chase can grab the chunks and feed himself. I also did it with pears, peaches and apples and they worked well too.

Hope this helps someone!!

That's a great tip! Mine were always watery after thawing, probably because I cut them into little chunks before freezing them.
