Kids' Gear & Toys

My son just had his two year well visit and his lead lead levels came back high. I've been trying to figure out where the heck the lead is coming from. He has never been one to put things in his mouth unless it's food, so I'm at a loss. I was looking at his toys, and here are a few options. Does anyone know of any recalls or possible lead in these? Thanks!

Imaginarium 100 piece wooden block set
Thomas the Train wooden train pieces (new) - he only had these for a week before being tested

I don't know of anything else off the top of my head. I know there was a recall for some Thomas stuff a few years ago, but what my son has is all brand new.
