What kinda crafts do you do in November? Every year we kinda go from Halloween to Christmas but this year I would like to have the kids doing something for Thanksgiving or fall any ideas?
We made paper-mache pumpkins last weekend. We need to paint them this weekend. They were kind of a general fall craft. You could also take these a step further and make turkeys out of them.
Old crushed crayons with fall leaves melted between sheets of wax paper has always been one of my favs (we did this in girl scouts years ago).
If you're hitting the park, you could look for pine cones and do the bird feeder thing with those. Put some peanut butter on them and roll them in bird seed.
If you're looking for Thanksgiving specific, you could make some sort of turkey or cornicopias.
Looks like this year the weekend fun will carry on until January. With the baby on the way I want to do extra stuff with the big brothers and sisters this year let them know they will not be pushed a side you know.
