German -- hallo, hallihallo, halloechen, hi, guten Tag, guten Morgen, guten Abend

French -- salut, bonjour, bonsoir, coucou,

Spanish -- hola, buenas dias, buena tarde

That's all I can think of right now, lol.

In Spanish there are also ways to say "What's up?" like "Que onda?" or "Que pasa?"  I'm sure there are others...I'm a little slow to wake up today :)
