Hi Ladies,

I need some advise. DH and I are going down to Washington, DC on Oct 18th for one week. We are flying out from Toronto into DC its about an 1 hr 35 min flight, I'm worried about keeping Khenan occupied, and its a VERY early morning flight take off is at 6am so we have to be at the airport at around 4:30am so that means we will be up EXTREMELY early and my son is a terror when he is woken up he is just impossible to handle. So I need some advise from anyone that has traveled with an 18 mth old and what I should do, prepare for, bring with....etc. Also I will be around 24 weeks pregnant when we leave and I HATE flying but love vacations LOL so I'm just looking for some advise this is the first time DH and I are flying with our son and the first time I'm flying pregnant so I guess I'm a little anxious!

Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

Well, I've never flown with Vaughn, but we have driven with him for longish trips. Make sure to bring lots of different snack foods for him, maybe pick up a few small toys that he's never seen, and introduce a different one any time he gets restless. Books worked great with Vaughn, he loves to read. Hopefully he will fall back asleep for you on the plane. Have a great trip!
