Birthmarks and Hemangiomas

My Daughter is 15 months old next week. When she was born her entire right leg was covered by a vascular malformation. At 2 months she was diagnosed with CMTC.

So far its effected the growth of her right leg. Its smaller.

She has hearing issues

She is immunocomprimised

She constantly seems to be suseptable to URI.

I'm just wondering if there is anyone else out there.

I don't have personal experience w/ CMTC but I believe one of the ladies I know does, so I've sent her an e-mail in hopes that she will stop by and post for you, so if she respondes to me I will forward it here.

My friends name is Lisa and her dd is now a young adult. I know as she grew she had to wear one of the compression socks on her leg (this was where hers was as well). I don't recall how serious her condition was as a infant or young child but I do know that she was able to cheer and did that for several years!
