Any idea how/ why I have blister-like bumps- one on each nipple?

Some background info: DD is 10 months old and has been exclusively breastfed all along. In the beginning we had lots of issues- plugged ducts, cracked nipples, mastitis, but for the past 8 or nine months have had no trouble at all! Now, all of a sudden, it has started to be painful again when she nurses and today I noticed the "blisters" on my nipples. It's not on the same place on each nipple. One is directly in the center of the tip and the other is off to the side. She has started eating some food, but still only gets nursed for fluids. She has never taken a bottle, but will occasionally take a little from a soft spout sippy cup.

How can I treat them and make them go away???

I'm wondering if they could be milk blisters/nipple blebs. Take a spin through this link if see what you think: http://www.kellymom.com/bf/concerns/mom/nipplebleb.html
