What is the best course of action for me? I had major bf issues from the start, hung in there for 5 months and then I stopped nursing a week ago. I've since had a change of heart and now I really want to continue nursing and supplementing, but obviously my supply has dwindled to almost nothing, and I'm afraid my DS won't want to nurse again? Is there anything I can do...I feel so terrible, I just am not ready to be done... please help!

It’s possible but will take some work. If you have a pump begin pumping as much as possible. Ideally with a high quality pump at least every 2 hours during the day and once overnight for at least 9-10 pumping sessions per 24 hours. The more frequently you pump the better/faster the supply will increase. Here are some other ideas.
