I posted here a while ago about getting my son into modeling.  He had severe reflux and had corrective surgery and feeding tube placement when he was three months old.  Doctor's appointments got in the way but he is healthy now and basically just get "mantainence" appontments periodically.

When things calmed down I looked into agencies (listed on SAG) here in Vegas but none of them work with infants or children.  I have been thinking about looking into some agencies in LA but don't know if it would be worth it or even feasable.  I stay home and have a dependable car but it is a 4 hour drive.

Jonathon loves having his photo taken and is a people person so I think he would enjoy it.  What is your opinion on looking into LA agencies?  Also if anyone is in LA and you think its a good idea, can you make any reccomendations?

If your schedule allows you to travel that far and your willing to, I would say go for it! I *think* the LA market is harder to get into because thats where a lot of "wanna be stars" live...and seek representation.  It may be helpful to find something closer to home if it is possible, that way you can get some experience and you will have a resume to submit to the LA agencies.  Also, some agencies won't take someone who lives that far away, but again, you won't know unless you try.  Sometimes it says it on the submission information.  Make sure in your intro letter that you are VERY flexible and willing to travel.  But either way, I say go for it. Good luck and let us know how it goes!
