It seem that they've limited it geographically. I've seen that before I don't know why it's done but I've had trouble linking snl episodes to friends over seas because of it. If I find a non lock version I'll post it. If you saw their original episode (now available on DVD) they ripped circumcision apart. And this is just penn maintain g that position.
