It will all depend on when you actually ovulate, which unfortunately you won't know until the day before using an OPK or the day after when your temperature spikes. The sperm will live for up the 3 days in your body... Looking at the dates you give in your original post, you may be fine - you may not ovulate until your husband comes home!
I just finished my 4th month of Clomid... my first cycle I didn't O, my second and third cycle I O'd on CD 16 and CD 17 respectively, and my fourth cycle I bumped up to 150 mg and didn't O until CD 20.

June 2008 - September 2008 - Charting on my own, no O'ing
September 2008 - Dr appt with regular ob/gyn
October 2008 - January 2009 - Charting for doctor, first SA done with questionable results. Referred DH to urologist due to semi-low motility. Urologist did 2 more SA, results kept getting worse, did b/w with good results. Urologist said SA numbers were probably bad due to stress.
February 2009 - waiting for next cycle to start Clomid
March 2009 (Cycle 20) - 100 mg Clomid - no O
April 2009 (Cycle 21) - 100 mg Clomid - O, BFN
May 2009 (Cycle 22) - 100 mg Clomid - O, BFN
June 2009 (Cycle 23) - 150 mg Clomid - Late O, BFN
July 6, 2009 - Initial consultation scheduled with RE
