Does anyone still make a diaper that absorbs with the shredded paper stuff or are they all gel now?

This doesn't really matter to anything it's just that as a kid I remember pulling the paper stuff out of a (new) diaper and playing with it.

I believe the Tushies brand doesn't use gel and uses some sort of paper, but I have never dissected them to be sure!

Look at naturecare daipers. They have them at amazon. They do not have chemicals in them and biodegrade easier. The cost is comparable to pampers or huggies. I diaper 1/2 and 1/2 with cloth and sposies and I am going to order some after christmmas. If you sign up to have them shipped at regular intervals at amazon, the breakdown comes to $9/pack.
