I work in a childcare center and my son also goes there in his cloth diapers. I had to bring a diaper pail for them but they don't individually bag them. I send his wet bag. If they insist on individual bags and wet bags are too expensive, go to diapers.com and buy a box of Naturecare baby diaper bags. They are biodegradable but are pretty cost effective. I always keep some in my diaper bag for dirty clothes and stuff.

I had a collection of small drawstring nylon bags I bought at walmart or target in the camping section I got a set of 3 for around 5 or 6 dollars so you could get a couple sets of these and send them then just dump them in the wash with your diapers when you get them home. I keep them today ( finally all are out of diapers) for stashing stuff in luggage and the various sports bags and stuff we have now.
good luck
