My thoughts always were "what will I do with the testing results?" Since I knew they wouldn't change anything (I would never terminate) I didn't have any invasive testing done.  I think that is what you need to ask yourself.  Will you do anything with the results? If not, then relax, accept the 1:7500 (pretty rare) and move forward happily.

If you are LUCKY enough to be the 1:7500 and have a perfect and beautiful child with down syndrome than congratulations!!!!  What a special love and relationship you will have and never ever regret!!!!
