when you have 4 ounces in a bottle that has been sitting out until your baby's ready for it, and she only takes 3 or 3.5, and refuses to east the rest, what do you do with the remaining milk? i usually toss mine, but i hate tossing liquid gold!! wondering if any of you put it back in the fridge and save it?
I never toss any leftover milk. I work way to hard to get the goods to throw it away. My LO has started to become a snacker. I have 3 oz bottles and very rarely will she eat all 3 oz. I just leave it out at room temperature until she wants it next. The only time I have had to throw any out was through the night when she hasnt gotten up to eat what was left. And that just kills me to have to toss it out. If there is only a half ounce or so I will even just add it to her next bottle. I think as long as it hasnt been 8 hours you should be fine keeping it.
