The story of us- me and Julia!
Hi everyone!
I am happy to be here, and feeling great since I made this decision! DD Julia is 2 wks old and yesterday I decided to EP. I feel so much better about feeding her, and in just one day I am a million times happier.
A little background. She had jaundice in the hospital and lost a little too much weight, so the ped had me feed her then pump and give her whatever I expressed, to be sure she was getting at least 1.5-2 oz. Ok, so I was spending forever nursing her then pumping and bottling and with a 2 yr old as well it wasn't working. I also didn't like that I didn't know how much she was getting, and to be honest she never really latched on so well. It hurt so bad when she would nurse that I didn't want to do it anymore!
So, that brings me here- Exclusivly Pumping- and proud that I took this route... I feel like it's the best of both worlds.
