Has anyone ever tried making breastmilk yogurt? My LO is starting solids and I want to maximize breastmilk intake. He loves eating with the spoon! Have you got a good and easy to make recipe? TIA!

I've never tried this myself, but here is some info from the Breastfeeding/Lactation Consultant Board:

I tried it but I could never get it to firm up. I wasted 8 oz of bm and never tried again. I can't afford to waste anymore.

Hmmm... did you use frozen BM? I hear it doesn t work. I m gonna try with regular milk first, don't wanna waste any BM!
