Monday I get another letter saying we owe the 150$. This is final warning before it goes to collections. I had all I was going to take of this one. They were given all the proof they needed it was paid. I left them a message how upset I was. Wednesday they call. They said they found that payment. They said it ended up at the lab billng people. Huh? They lab is a independant company from the hospital and its clinics. The lab bills separately from all other medical stuff. I said well dh never had lab tests done in at least a year or longer. So how did they get that money. There was an account number on that payment. It was labled to the hospital clinics billing. So they would know where it belongs. Well the lab does not say nothing at first. They kept the money. They didn't know where it belonged. Finally it came out. So they are working on the lab reimbursing the money to the hospital. I pays to fight these things sometimes. I wasn't letting them get more of my money.
