I like this article. It's got some good ways to *find* $1000 in your budget before Christmas. It's not new ideas really to any of us who have been at this a long time, but it's worth posting.
I literally just got off the phone w/ the phone company. I ditched my L.D. on my landline and dropped my local sevice by $7/mo. So my total bill dropped down about $30. Horray. We just upgraded our cells and don't need that overpriced long distance anymore. Tomorrow I'm looking over our cable bill.
