Max (my 6th grader) and I just had a discussion about showing work in math. Just because you know the answer without showing work doesn't mean you can skip the process. I don't really understand it, but I do know that not showing work will destroy your grade as you get into more advanced math classes.
I'm glad you son is so successful at scouts. Maven wants to start girl scouts. It's all new to me, so it should be an experience!
