I am removing this because I felt personally attacked.

I'm surprised they tested her. I thought it wasn't considered prior to 4 and even that age comes with a disclaimer about the results not being entirely accurate.

Her wrong cow answer was not unusual for a gifted child.... ignore the real question and go off on a related topic they find more interested. It's important that the adminster of the test have a lot of experience with gifted children so they see what is going on.

Honestly, I wouldn't even worry about these results. If getting into the GT program for school becomes a problem, re-test her then.

Who tested her, and which test did they use?  If you haven't already, you should check out the links below.  It's common for 3 year olds (and even 4 year olds) to test badly... especially if not tested by a trained psychologist.  If you can afford it, you should go to Colorado for testing at the Gifted Development Center.
