We just got home from the library....
We saw John R. Erickson, the author of the Hank the Cowdog books. He is interesting to see and hear. We learned that he and his wife homeschooled their kids for a couple of years, and that he can usually pick the groups of HSed kids from groups of PS kids....they are more polite and tend to be able to talk to adults.
He sang some songs and answered questions, then he signed books. It was very entertaining.
I'm not the only one from the boards to be there today. I saw toni1971 there with her kiddos. Maybe she'll share pictures, too. Mine are attached below. Sorry some are a bit blurry. My camera was acting up. It figures that it would today. *sigh*
