Well right now I'd rather have naptime than recess time, so if you don't mind, I'm going to curl up on my mat with my blankie and zzzzzzzz ;-)  That first midnight back is a killer, and I have 7 hrs to go yet!

We have errands to run this afternoon.  The K's are going to go to church with grandma after lunch and practice on the organ, then I'll pick them up and K1 has a flute lesson.  Then we need to hit up the Salvation Army store.  Seems like all but 3 pairs of K2's pants have shrunk in the laundry or something, so a shopping spree is in order ;-)  Course, K1 is trying to finagle something new, too.  I'm sure she'll manage to find something to talk me into.  Oh well, at $2 or so, I can probably manage to afford it.  Then we need to go to the library.  Seems like I managed to pick up books for K2 that he either didn't like (aliens, can't read that at bedtime!) or had already read.  Oops, sorry.  He's turned into quite the little bookworm.  He reads for sometimes up to two hours after I tuck him into bed.  At least he's not getting up and coming into my room to tell me he can't sleep.  But, it's keeping me on my toes to keep him supplied with books to read now.  Oh well, that's a challenge I can live up to :D

I have not been falling to sleeping so well, many reasons but...I have a couple good books I am reading to pass the time. I sometimes have to force the kids to go to sleep and stop reading. My youngest is the only one not quiet yet a bookworm, she also is the one that falls asleep as soon as her head hits the pillow most of the time. So maybe that is a factor in being a bookworm...she has to grow a bit so that she is needing less sleep at bedtime. We all like to read at bedtime.

I think I have to go do some big errands I have been ignoring or putting off today. Plus the normal living to-do list of jobs with a family and students in my home! It looks half nice outside, I think I might see the sun. So better get out and do those shopping jobs.

Have a wonderful day!

Heather
