I know most of us are concerned with what we should and shouldn't be eating, and this is a great article about foods to avoid. What struck me is how many of these things are linked to infertility...

Good tips in this article Amber, thanks!

Most of these I was following already, thankfully, but the microwave popcorn was a GIANT shocker.  Matt loves micro popcorn and eats it way too much.  Guess whose microwave popcorn just went out with the trash for tonight?

Hope your headaches are easing up for you.  Another sacrifice we make to achieve our dreams, huh?

Yeah, same with me, most I already do (and I don't eat microwave popcorn like ever, not that I don't like it, I just never buy it) was most surprised by the canned tomatoes- we use those all the time for pasta and chilli. YIKES!

Interesting article, thanks for posting it, Amber!

I was shocked by the microwave popcorn as well.  I'm not a big fan of popcorn in general, so I rarely eat it, except maybe a nibble of DH's at the movie theater.  We do sometimes have microwave popcorn at home that occassionally DH will eat or if friends come over to watch movies.  Looks like we'll be changing that one.  The canned tomatoes surprised me too, Amber.

Wow, that is shocking. I have heard some news lately on BPA's found in canned goods. Canned tomatoes are one of the few canned goods I use regularly, but will have to change that. I also eat a lot of salmon that is more than likely farm-raised. Sounds like I need to start going to Whole Foods and paying more attention to organic veggies, grass-fed meats and wild caught fish. It is so much more expensive though.
