Tons of Kids

Hello, I was wondering if I could request some prayers.  We are unable to have more children biologically...tried infertility Dr, meds, etc

We were/are in the process of adopting a special needs toddler from China, until we recently found out that the agency, who waived many of the expenses for adopting a special needs child, is no longer able to do so (due to the current economy, etc).  We are devastated to say the least.  We applied for many, many adoption grants only to be turned down as there is an overwhelming # of people applying for these.

Needless to say, the child we had hoped to call our son  in the near future & who is "on Hold" for our family, will be placed back into the "adoption pool" if we do not provide the thousands of $ w/i the next 2 wks!  This little guy is desperate for medical care.  Does anyone know of someone who can help us financially?...we have exhausted all of our options.

Please pray for our family as our hearts are breaking!

PS  We  tried in the past to adopt from the state, but we were denied because we had "too many children"..no more than 6 allowed !

Katie, I'm so sorry you are going through this.  Have you heard of ShowHOPE, a foundation created by Steven and Mary Beth Chapman (Christian recording artist and his wife).  The foundation sets aside monetary donations to aid families in their quest to adopt.
