DF says we aren't going to get the kids.. We'd have to travel ALL weekend and then turn around and drive again ALL weeked the next weekend, and thats just too much. we're both pretty bummed. But I just can not miss class, and He can't make that drive alone, if she could meet us in nebraska we could do it, but not a 15 hr drive there.

On the other hand Ethan got pushed out of a two story window!!!!!!!!!!!

I will not give my FURIOUS opinion on this, because It just makes me so livid I'd cry.

He is okay though,a sprained knee, ankle and wrist. but it gave DF a heart attack, as she told him through a TEXT message.. he was ready to leave work when she finally called and said Ethan was okay.

I just can't help thinking, he is so lucky to not have broken anything, but what if that had been Little Kayley?

Through a TEXT message??? Who would do that!!! I understand why you are so angry about it. I can't believe she would be such a ..... to not even call him and tell him his child got hurt but is OKAY. That is one of the first things you say!! Ugh.

Anyways, I am so sorry you guys don't get the kids. That is a really long drive, so I understand where he is coming from.. but it really sucks. I'm sorry. :(
