Well, I've lost quite a lot of weight recently. I have also fallen off the bandwagon and am worried that this is not a great time of year to get back on track. But, I KNOW I need to do it!

I will tell you the best thing I did for myself was to right everything down. If it went in my mouth, I wrote it down. The best place I found for that was sparkpeople.com. I put in my current weight and my goal weight and it told me how many calories I should eat every day and it worked GREAT!! I just need to get back to it. I was eating just serving sizes of food and eating pretty much anything I wanted. I did try to eat more veggies and fruits to get on a healthier kick but I had mini ice cream sandwich almost every day. It's a good way to go. :)
