Adventure books. He's loving them :)

D's been spending his book time checking out maps. lol. Books about maps/states, atlases, and our US map puzzle are really keeping him happy right now.

Are your kiddies enjoying any new / different?

I bought Allie a couple of those Choose your own adventure books.I thought they would help her enjoy reading more(I am a reader)but not really.She really likes comics books recently.It started out with a few phonics comics and went from there.Christopher has been digging playing with legos,we have a big tote of them and he plays with them alot.

We used to LOVE those kinds of books. When I got to Junior High, I also discovered "choose your own Teen Romance" books, lol. so funny.

As for something new, as Avery is 4 1/2 months now, everything is new. Still, the newest thing for her is discovering that if she pushes up onto her hands and knees, she can scoot a little easier. I see crawling coming any day, lol.
