Your Only Child

..on The View this morning. They were talking about how more parents yell at their kids these days rather than spank them. Joy Behar said she didn't think parents needed to be yelling at or hitting their kids and that everyone should just have one child because one is enough. She said something like the planet is so overpopulated and having one kid is great. (She has an Only and I think she might be an Only herself, too.) GO JOY!

Then most of the rest of them started going on about how great siblings are and she said "Oh, siblings are over-rated!" HA! Loved that. Someone said something about "Oh when you're older you'll be glad you have more than one kid because you'll need them" and Joy said no, I don't need them to take care of me. Anyway, it was just a quick little tangent but I was like "Yeah, you tell 'em Joy!" :-)

I don't much like Joy or the View but that is one statement I do like. :) Good for her, siblings are soooo over rated! lol

We were watching my friends 1 year old and I asked Paige if she ever wanted a baby brother or sister. She said no she wants one older or around her age so she would have someone to play with. :( I know they would just fight but still it was cute.
