Pregnant After Loss Playgroup

One year dh and I decided we were going to toast the seeds from the pumpkin we carved... it didn't go so well. They didn't take on that yummy crunchy texture.

I'm hosting a party for some mommy friends and babies and really want to have fantastic roasted pumpkin seeds. Anyone have any idea how to do it?

I like to put the seeds (after all cleaned) in a bowl and add a drizzle of olive oil, then the salt... put it in the cookie sheet aboug 350...  I watch it like a hawk and until toastey.

I have also just sprayed the pan with Pam threw on the seeds and then used garlic salt.

Ahhhh, I love them !!
