That is what I think too-I have not seen anything that a 16 yo is less likely to have this than a 2 yo! I called my neighbor who is a L&D nurse and she is looking into the vaccine exception for me. Again, I'm a PAL! I have waited for these moments for years and thought I would never have two children,a nd now I finally get there and maybe Lilly can be outside the window (literally outside) and see. Yeah, not what I had pictured. I realzie there might be more extreme situations-like what if you parent was in ICU or dying and you were 15-what? Can you not go say goodbye? Could they not just offer masks and encourage hand washing?
Again, I'm just sad. Now I am hoping I go a couple more weeks and they have a little better process down. RIght now from what I have heard it is chaos at the hospital, especially in L&D.
