A few day ago the cops went next door, so I asked around to see what was up and I was told that he got mad and hit his 4yo son so hard both sides of his face are black and blue. And I talked to his mother and another lady to day and she said he only knows how one side of his face got hurt and they think maybe he blacked out from anger and as you may know Iam so scared my 3 1/2yo plays out side by himself we have a fenced in yard and I leave the windows open, Iam just scared because he knows this family and is friends with the little boy. What should I do I live in a park and my mom said I sould talk to the manger and tell them I don't feel safe and I would like them to move but they maybe anyways what should I do ?? Iam also so scared that I was thinking about having my pitbull tied up outside with him when hes out there..

My apologies for not getting a reply posted to you until now.  My mother has brain cancer and I have been at her house more than I have been home the last few days because she is not doing well.

From what you said in your second post I would say that this family has a history of protective services involvement and that they pack everything up and move every time that someone calls protective services about one of them abusing the child in question.  My guess is that at some point in the future the child that you were talking about in your original post will either wind up dead or will wind up so severely injured that the "parents" abandon him.   Sadly, that happens all too frequently.

Huge Hugs and I will pray for the child.
