Pregnant and Nursing

hi--i am going to call my doc, but i'm wondering if anyone has any ideas or suggestions what this might be? i have had plugged ducts before and also mastitis--and it is definitely not either of those.

I am 32 weeks pregnant, still nursing my 18 mo old DD--mostly night nursing. I have had this breast pain for a while, but frankly--i thot it was because she wasnt being careful about not using her teeth! last night, i discovered that the pain is not in my areola as much as it is in the breast tissue, itself. it feels like a deep bruise, is the best i can describe it. there is no streaking or hot spots on the surface. i take lecithin daily to prevent plugged ducts. and it is only on one side. it is painful to the slightest touch and also tender when i move my arm (likely because of the musculature connections? ) I dont seem to feel any lumps, etc.

of course, its easy to let your mind fears run amuck when sx's dont fall into any kind of category of complaint that you are familiar with! i'm hoping someone may have some experience with this to help put my mind at ease. again, i'm calling my doc, but they wont open for a few hours.
