don't have any, haha!

What do you cook (yeah, just another cooking post-sorry to bore ya;) that is mostly healthy for dinner?  EVEN if it's super easy, not a real "recipe" and nothing original.

So sick of chicken already and I am not a huge chicken person to begin with.

Last nights dinner was just: whole wheat tortillas (sooo good and don't taste like card board) with corn, beans, and a bit of sour cream.

Any other healthy dinner ideas like that?  Help a girl out!

Do you like soup? I make two Weight Watcher recipes that we like, taco soup and cheeseburger soup. Have you tried the Barilla pasta in the yellow box (whole grain and OMega 3's)? I use that for my spagetti and use ground turkey in the sauce with mushrooms and zucchini. I make breakfast for dinner every so often too with 1/2 egg beaters and eggs and turkey bacon and fresh fruit. I also have some brunch casseroles (not low fat) that I make ahead of time so I can just pop them in the oven.

Thanks you two.

Jen, do you have the recipes?  I love soups!  I really want to make a lentil and a chicken noodle but have honestly never EVER in my life made a soup from scratch.  I'm kind of intimidated by it, lol.

We eat a lot of ground turkey. Turkey loaf, turkey meatballs, turkey tacos... soup, chilli, salads with chicken (sorry!)
