new recipe I tried yesterday
Very little prep time involved and takes about 50mins to bake not too bad for a healthy dinner and your not a slave to the kitchen
I used a 9*13 dish.
Cover the bottom of dish with penne noodles. Added Campbells tomato easy cooking sauce. Cut up some spinach about a cup (told Jen it was cucumbers), added some oregano, and cutup a red pepper. Mix those ingrediants together and I topped it with chicken breast ( I did 5 for our family - hubs has leftovers) than I spinkled with cheese.
Baked it for 50mins at 400degrees..
Yummy yummy!
